Rose Restaurant: Experience Authentic Persian Cuisine in Ridgewood, NJ

We recently hosted our rehearsal dinner at Rose Restaurant, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Every single dish was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Literally each bite bursting with flavor and made with the utmost care. From the appetizers to the desserts, the food was simply delectable and left our entire party raving. The staff was exceptionally attentive and professional, ensuring that every guest felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout the evening. A special thank you to Miss Mojgan, who was truly the heart of it all. Her grace, warmth, and impeccable organization helped our large party flow effortlessly and beautifully. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and it absolutely was. Rose Restaurant delivered an evening we will cherish forever. I can’t recommend it enough!!!

Must try Persian food! Highly recommend because the kabobs were flavorful, fresh, and juicy. I had the barg, koobideh and chicken. The rice was delicious and moist. Tahdig plate was plentiful but it was a bit thick for me. The room was beautifully decorated and the chairs are comfy. I am excited to acquire about the party room and to bring my family. No parking lot so you have to pay for public parking in Ridgewood.

We enjoyed the $15.99 lunch special, a great chance to try two appetizers and two entrees. The staff was helpful and attentive without hovering or rushing us. The space is tastefully decorated and clean. We'll be back!

Wonderful Persian food. Far superior to the others in the area. Exceptional Joojeh, Abgoosht, and Kashkeh Bademjan. The owners and staff and equally amazing. Highly recommended.

The food at this restaurant is absolutely incredible, offering an authentic taste of homemade Persian cuisine. The Kashk Bademjan is rich and flavorful, with a delightful earthy undertone from the grilled eggplant. The Barg(filet mignon) is perfectly marinated and cooked to perfection, so tender it practically melts in your mouth. The hosts are exceptionally friendly and attentive, frequently checking in to ensure you have a wonderful dining experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this place—100% worth a visit!

The menu offers a wide variety of authentic Persian dishes, all expertly prepared and full of flavor. The atmosphere is both elegant and comfortable, making it ideal for any family and group occasions. The service was exceptional, with staff who were friendly and attentive. I had a fantastic experience! The food was excellent, with standout dishes like the Koobideh, Ghormeh Sabzi, and Gheimeh Bademjan—each bursting with authentic flavors and perfectly cooked. However, I wouldn’t personally recommend the Fesenjan, as it didn’t quite meet expectations. For dessert, their Bastani and Faloodeh were absolutely delightful, offering a perfect sweet ending to the meal. The service was also a highlight! The lady who served our table was friendly, attentive, and genuinely charming. The renovation has been beautifully done, creating a stylish and inviting atmosphere that enhances the dining experience. Overall, Rose is a fantastic spot for Persian cuisine, and I’ll definitely be returning! Oh, I forgot! Try the torshi! It's really good, if you like pickles.
